  • Canned pumpkin
  • Egg
  • Whole oats
  • Granulated sugar
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Milk
  • Pecans

Making the pumpkin oatmeal bars recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. To start, mix the eggs and the canned pumpkin together. Then, add in the vanilla, sugar, pumpkin spice, salt and milk until everything is even.
  3. Now, fold in the oats and the pecans.
  4. Place the bars into a lined baking pan and pat it down so that the top is flat. Now, put the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. When finished, allow the oatmeal bars to cool before slicing and serving, enjoy.
