How To Make Apple Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients needed
- Apples
- Rolled oats
- All-purpose flour
- Egg
- Brown sugar
- Milk
- Apple pie spice
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Vegetable oil
- Honey or maple syrup

Making the apple oatmeal muffins recipe
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, vegetable oil, brown sugar and the milk. In a separate bowl, add int he flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and the apple pie spice. Now, combine the dry and wet ingredients.
- Fold in the apples, syrup and the oats. Scoop the batter into the lined muffin pan. Then, place into the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Baking times will vary.
- Once finished, allow to cool a bit before serving and you can serve them while they are still warm or at room temperature.

- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour (205g)
- 2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 2 medium apples, peeled & diced
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
