Servings: 26 sausage balls
Calories: 83kcal
Ingredients
- 16 ounce ground sausage
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350F.
- Then, in a mixing bowl add the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder and salt. Next, give everything a really good mix by kneading the dough together. This will take about 5 minutes by hand.
- Now, with a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop some of the mix out and roll it into a ball and place on a sheet pan. You should be able to get around 26 sausage balls with this recipe.
- Place the formed sausage balls into the oven and bake for 15-20 depending on your oven.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool a bit before serving.

You did not add cheddar cheese in the list of ingredients.
Thanks for catching that, I added it but you’ll need 1 cup of shredded cheese
