Ingredients
 

  • 16 ounce ground sausage
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Then, in a mixing bowl add the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder and salt. Next, give everything a really good mix by kneading the dough together. This will take about 5 minutes by hand.
  • Now, with a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop some of the mix out and roll it into a ball and place on a sheet pan. You should be able to get around 26 sausage balls with this recipe.
  • Place the formed sausage balls into the oven and bake for 15-20 depending on your oven. 
  • Remove from the oven and allow them to cool a bit before serving.
