- Adjust the flavor of the soy sauce. Due to the veggies and other factors you may need to add more soy sauce for flavor. But, wait until the dish is finished and season to taste. You’ll know because there will be a lacking of a salt flavor.
- I love to top all my Asian dishes with a finishing of sesame oil. Once you give it a try you’ll never turn back.
- If you do not own a wok a large pan will be just fine. You will need a lid for the recipe.
- You can replace the cabbage with leftover rice or noodles.You would only need to adjust the cooking time a little because you will not have to wait the extra time for the cabbage to steam down.

- Before starting, prep all the ingredients. Stir fry cooks fast so you will not have time to chop things once you start. Be sure to mix the ingredients for the stir fry sauce on the side before starting as well.
- Now with a little oil, brown the ground turkey. Once the turkey is finished cooking remove it from the pan.
- Then, add the sliced bell pepper, sliced onion and garlic into the pan. Cook until onion and bell pepper have softened and the ingredients are fragrant.
- Next, add in the cabbage and low the heat to medium and cover. Be sure to add a little oil and stay close to stir the pan often.
- After about 10-15 minutes the cabbage will be withered down. Toss the cooked ground turkey back in and add the stir fry sauce into the pan.
