Before starting, prep all the ingredients. Stir fry cooks fast so you will not have time to chop things once you start. Be sure to mix all the ingredients for the stir fry sauce before starting as well.
Now with a little oil, brown the ground turkey. Once the turkey is finished cooking remove it from the pan.
Then, add the sliced bell pepper, sliced onion and garlic into the pan. Cook until onion and bell pepper have softened and the ingredients are fragrant.
Next, add in the cabbage and broccoli then lower the heat to medium and cover. Be sure to add a little oil and stay close to stir the pan often.
After about 10-15 minutes the cabbage will be withered down. Toss the cooked ground turkey back in and add the stir fry sauce into the pan.
Quickly mix everything together then remove the pan from the heat. Mix the sauce before removing from the heat because the heat activates the cornstarch.
Allow to cool a bit and before serving give the mix a taste. Adjust for soy sauce and pepper where needed.
