How To Make Air Fryer Thin Pork Chops
Ingredients needed
- Thin pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- Brown spice rub (listed below)
Important tip about the recipe
This recipe is made for thin pork chops only. Thicker pork chops will require more cooking time and that will increase the likelihood of the seasonings burning, mainly the sugar. The spice rub is a designed for a super fast cook.
Making the thin pork chops in the air fryer
- First, combine the ingredients for the spice rub. Then, generously cover the pork chops with the rub. You can get 4 but no more than 5 pork chops with the ingredients for the rub. Anything more and the flavors will be weaker.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
- Once preheated, add the pork chops in but do not crowd them. Make a single layer and each pork chop should have it’s own little space. Cook in batches. Place the cook time on 10 minutes.
- Flip the pork chop after 5 minutes.
- When the next 5 minutes is done, remove the pork chops. They are ready to serve. Note, if using boneless the pork chops will probably cook faster than using bone-in. Adjust according to the meat.
