- First, combine all of the ingredients for the marinade. Place the thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 up to 6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Now, grab a sheet pan. You do not have to oil it but you can line it for easier clean up. Place the marinated thighs on the sheet pan then into the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes. If using boneless thighs you will not need this much time, maybe half.
- Once the lemon pepper chicken thighs are done cooking, allow them to cool a bit before serving.
