Quick tip before starting the recipe

With a turkey bolognese sauce or a regular one there are different styles to prepare the veggies. For this recipe, I mince all the veggies but I have seen them blended and even cut into huge chunks. The end result is what you prefer but I like mincing due to the ability to get the ingredients in every bite without losing texture.
