This peach crumble recipe is topped with an oh so sweet brown sugar topping with a touch of cinnamon that has a crispy bite paired with ripe, sweet peaches.
Recipe Highlights
- Crunchy brown sugar topping that creates the perfect balance of textures between the juicy peaches and creamy ice cream.
- Perfect for the summer time and bringing to family get-togethers and potlucks.
- Enjoy fresh peaches when they are rip in juicy when you have some extras laying around.
Ingredients needed
- Peaches
- All-purpose flour
- Light brown sugar
- Cornstarch
- Cinnamon
- Butter
- Salt
Tools you’ll need
- Pastry cutter, potato masher or food processor: You will have to cut the cold butter into the flour and sugar to make the crumbly topping. This can be done with either of these but I find the pastry cutter or potato masher to be cleaner and produce an even result. The food processor is fast but you’ll need to use your hand to make sure everything is incorporated evenly.
