How To Make Peach Salsa

Ingredients needed

  • Peaches
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Jalapeño
  • Red onion
  • Salt

Can you use frozen or canned peaches?

Canned peaches would be a pain to prepare and chop but if you have the patience you can use them. For frozen peaches I think they could work as well. I recommend chopping them while frozen and making the recipe that way. It’s a method used in restaurants like in this corn salsa recipe and the frozen ingredients work well with the salsa.

Making the peach salsa recipe

  1. To start, chop up the peaches and prep the red onion, cilantro and jalapeño.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl. Toss, then drizzle with lime and taste for salt.
  3. Lastly, add more jalapeños if you want more heat. Top with your favorite meal, or use as a salsa dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup peaches, deseeded & chopped about 2-3 peaches
  • 1/4 medium red onion, diced
  • 1-2 jalapeños, deseeded & diced
