This peach crumble recipe is topped with an oh so sweet brown sugar topping with a touch of cinnamon that has a crispy bite paired with ripe, sweet peaches.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Then, add in the pieces of sliced butter and cut the butter into the flour with a pastry cutter. You can also you a potato masher or food processor as well. Once the crumbles are formed and everything looks combined toss the bowl in the fridge until your finished with the next steps.
Now, slice the peaches then toss them in cornstarch, cinnamon and sugar. Add them to the baking dish.
Sprinkle the crumbles all across the top of the peaches. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. When finished the top with be golden.
Lastly, allow it to cool once out of the oven. This is where the top gets crispy. After about 20 minutes, serve while it's still warm and enjoy.
