Ingredients needed
- Ground beef
- Lipton onion soup mix
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Buttermilk
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar

Making the Lipton onion soup meatloaf recipe
- To start, add the ground beef to a large bowl. Add in the Lipton onion soup packs, breadcrumbs, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix everything until just combined. Cover the bowl and allow to sit for 15 minutes to let the breadcrumbs do their thing.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- It’s optional, but line a loaf pan then place the meat inside and pat it down into the pan. Place the pan in the oven for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the pan and cover the top in the mixture of ketchup and brown sugar. Place the meatloaf back in the oven and cook a remaining 15-20 minutes.
- Once finished allow the meatloaf to cook at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing, enjoy.

- 2 pound 85/15 ground beef
- 2 packets Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
Topping
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Instructions
- To start, add the ground beef to a large bowl. Add in the Lipton onion soup packs, breadcrumbs, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix everything until just combined. Cover the bowl and allow to sit for 15 minutes to let the breadcrumbs do their thing.
