Made with lean turkey, these meatballs offer a healthier alternative to traditional beef or pork options. Packed with protein and low in fat, they are both nutritious and delicious. How To Make Greek Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients needed

  • Ground turkey
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Dill
  • Mint
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Feta
  • Tzatziki sauce (store-bought)
  • Seasonings (listed below)

Quick tips before starting

  • The Greek turkey meatballs can be baked for the entire recipe. I do recommend sautéing the meatballs first for a little caramelization before adding into the oven for the best flavors.
  • These meatballs are best served over a salad of lettuce or with rice. Keep the side dish simple because the meatballs, cheese and sauce are the stars of the show.
  • You can make this recipe with super lean ground turkey. I recommend using a ground turkey with a little fat content for the best flavor.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  3. Remove the bowl then form the meatballs into the size of golf balls. In a frying pan with a little olive oil sear a side or two of each meatball then place on a sheet pan.
