How To Make Cool Whip Cookies
Ingredients you’ll need
- Cake mix
- Cool whip
- Egg
- Powdered sugar
Important tip before starting the recipe
The cookies dough is super sticky. Do not try to handle it before rolling the cookies in the powdered sugar. This is the purpose of dropping them in the powdered sugar. The dough sticks to the powdered sugar so it doesn’t stick to your hand.

Making the cool whip cookies recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Using a hand mixer, mix the egg and the cool whip together before gradually adding in the cake mix. Mix until evenly combined.
- Set up a plate or bowl with powdered sugar. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough and drop into the powdered sugar and roll it around until the dough is fully covered. Now, you can pick it up and place on a line sheet pan.
- Scoop and roll all the cookies in the powdered sugar and place on the sheet pan at least 1 inch apart. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool fully before serving.
