Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients
 

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 8 ounce tub of cool whip
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling the cookie dough

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Using a hand mixer, mix the egg and the cool whip together before gradually adding in the cake mix. Mix until evenly combined. 
  • Set up a plate or bowl with powdered sugar. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough and drop into the powdered sugar and roll it around until the dough is fully covered. Now, you can pick it up and place on a line sheet pan.
  • Scoop and roll all the cookies in the powdered sugar and place on the sheet pan at least 1 inch apart. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. 
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool fully before serving.
