How To Make Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients needed
- All-purpose flour
- Butter
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Maraschino cherries
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Egg
- Vanilla extract
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
Helpful tips before starting
- These cookies freeze just fine but freeze the dough. Break them into portions that way you can thaw them and bake when you want.
- Drain the cherries and chop them up well. I didn’t experience a bunch of bleeding and the cherry flavor stayed in the cookie.
- Allow the cookies to rest when finish. The resting is important for them to firm up so that you can handle them without them breaking.
