Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 ounce jar of maraschino cherries, drained & chopped

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1.25 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg

Dry ingredients

  • 3 cup all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Cream the butter with the sugars. Then, add in the vanilla extract and the eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until the cookie dough forms.
  • Now, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped cherries. Grab a cookie scoop and place the cookies on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden. You can get about 30 cookies with the scoop.
  • Allow the cookies to fully cool before digging in.
