- If you have a vegetable slicer perfect, if not slice the sweet potatoes as evenly as possible. You want them ¼ inch in thickness or less.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes in oil and the seasonings. Now, arrange the sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish standing them up.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil then place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- After the time is up, remove the foil. Place back in the oven then raise the temperature to 400F and bake a remaining 20 minutes.
- Lastly, remove from oven, cool then serve.
