How To Make Air Fryer Zucchini
Ingredients needed
- Zucchini
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Cooking oil
- Salt & pepper
Quick tips before starting
- Zucchini is a high water content vegetable. Do not crowd the vegetable because this will reduce the circulation of the air in the air fryer.
- Cutting into slices or quarters is the same thing. Slices are easier but be sure to cut both thick enough to withstand the cook in the air fryer. At least a 1/4 inch thick for both.

Making the zucchini in the air fryer
- First, cut up the zucchini in quarters or slices but at least 1/4 inch thick. Then, in a bowl toss them in oil. Make sure they are coated well. Now, add in the salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
- Preheat air fryer to 400F.
- Add the prepped zucchini into the air fryer basket then cook for 7-9 minutes. Flip halfway through. Start checking for doneness around the 7 minute mark.
- Once finished, allow to cool a bit then serve.
