How To Make Air Fryer Chicken Bites

Ingredients needed

  • Chicken breast
  • Marinade (listed below)

A trick to storing the recipe

For storage, you can make the chicken and allow to marinate overnight. Then, you can freeze the chicken in the marinade and remove it when ready to cook. If you have smaller bags you can even break them off in portions and vacuum seal them.

Making the air fryer chicken bites quickly

  1. First, chop the chicken breast into larger chunks. If you cut them too small the chicken will dry out before the marinade can caramelize.
  2. Now, in a bowl mix all of the ingredients for the marinade together. Add the chopped chicken and the marinade to a plastic bag and allow them to sit a minimum of 30 minutes to overnight.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  4. Place the marinated chicken into he air fryer basket leaving and inch of space between each. Air fry the chicken for 12 minutes or less depending on the size of your chunks. Flip them halfway through.
  5. Note, when cutting the chicken, remember it will shrink. It’s ideal to go a little large when the chicken is raw while cutting the breast into bites.
