How To Make Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas
Ingredients needed
- Raw shrimp
- Bell peppers
- Onion
- Fajita seasoning mix

Helpful tips before starting
- The size of the shrimp are not as important as making sure that they are raw and not pre-cooked. These are going in the oven for 20 minutes and if they are already cooked they will come out overcooked.
- I prefer shrimp on the larger side for the recipe because the larger shrimp will not cook as fast as baby shrimp will.
Making the sheet pan shrimp fajitas
- To start, sliced the bell peppers and the onion up. Thaw the shrimp if frozen. Preheat oven to 400F.
- Before starting the recipe a crucial step is to press the excess water out of the shrimp. Place the shrimp on a flat service and with a pepper towel gently press down removing the excess water from the shrimp. Be careful because pressing too hard will smash the shrimp. Gentle force only.
- In a bowl toss the shrimp, bell pepper and onion in the provided fajita mix.
- Then, place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with tortillas and Mexican sides like rice, guacamole or queso fundido.
