How To Make Peach Muffins
Ingredients needed
- Peaches
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Light brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- Butter
- Egg
- Baking powder
- Milk
- Vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil
Can you use frozen or canned peaches for the recipe?
These peach muffins are better for using up ripe peaches you have laying around. Frozen or canned peaches can be used but they will bleed a little into the muffin. To add, you have to chop the peach up. Chopping canned or thawed peaches can be a task in itself.

Making the peach muffins recipe
- To start, preheat the oven to 400F.
- Prep the peaches before making the batter.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt together. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, milk, vanilla and the sugar together.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients together then fold in the chopped peaches.
- Spoon the batter into a lined muffin pan. Next, make the crumble topping, it’s optional. But, combine the ingredients and it is easiest to use a pastry cutter to make the crumbles with the mix. Once the crumbles are made, top the muffin batter in each liner with the crumbles.
- Place the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins have risen and are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool before serving, enjoy.
