Bisquick Peach Cobbler
Equipment
- 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 cup bisquick
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (read instructions for details)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 45 ounce peaches (drain the liquid from the peaches)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
Cinnamon + sugar mix
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Add the peaches to a bowl. Then, mix in the cornstarch, cinnamon and a 1/4 cup of the sugar. Stir everything together then add it into the baking dish.
- Mix together the butter, flour, milk and the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth. Now, pour the batter all over the peaches you added into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix across the batter then place the baking pan in the oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes, check the center for doneness.
- When finished, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Lastly, serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy.
