- Ground beef
- White rice
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green bell pepper
- Taco seasoning
- Black beans
- Corn

- In a deep pan or pot brown the ground beef. Once cooked remove the ground beef from the pan.

- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup white rice, dry
- 1.75 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
