Ingredients needed
- Thick-cut bone-in pork chops
- Honey
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Soy sauce
- White vinegar
- All-purpose
- Seasonings (listed below)

You can use boneless pork chops for this recipe but make sure they are thick cut. The extra cooking needed for the best results; thin pork chops will become dry.
Making the honey glazed pork chops and adding hints of lemon and garlic
- First, pat the pork chops then season with the listed rub. Add the flour to a plate and season the flour as well. To the side, mix the sauce and add the minced garlic.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In an oven safe frying pan on medium heat add a little oil. Now, dip the pork chop in the flour and shake off the excess. Sear both sides of the pork chop until golden brown then remove from pan.
- Once all the pork chops are cooked remove the pan from the heat then add the sauce to the pan. Add the pork chops back into the pan and you can crowd them now if need then bake for about 20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked to a safe internal temp.
- Carefully remove the pan when finished then baste all the pork chops with the sauce. Allow to cool about 5-10 minutes before serving and enjoy.
