The Best Keto Donuts Ever
- Dense and moist just like your favorite donut shops
- Sweet, crunchy topping
- Super easy to make that the family will love
How To Make Keto Donuts-Step By Step
- First, preheat oven and melt butter.
- Next, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder and salt. These are all of your dry ingredients.
- Grab melted butter, mix in eggs, vanilla extract and a liquid sweetener.
- Then, combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Spoon batter into donut pan and smooth out as in video.
- Bake for 20 minutes. You will actually overtake them to make them release from the non-stick pan. If using silicone that’s even better.
- Finally, spin donuts in the sweetener and cinnamon mix.
Helpful Recipe Tips
- Dipping the donuts in butter before spinning them in the sweetener is pointless. In the video, I did this thing and the butter was extra calories but didn’t help the coating stick any better. Simply turning the keto donuts upside down then spinning coats them perfectly. See the photos?
- Non-stick pans are very difficult for this recipe. It took me making these several times before I got them to release properly. I have great success with silicone so I will be trying that next.
Best Sweetener For Donuts
