How To Make Keto Chocolate Muffins-Step By Step
- First, melt butter and preheat oven.
- Next, mix blanched almond flour, dutch processed cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
- Then, grab melted butter then mix in eggs and liquid monk fruit.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
- Next, fold in chocolate chips and scoop into muffin cups.
- Lastly, bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven. Allow to cool at least 15 minutes before serving.

- Can I skip ingredients? Yes and no, all the ingredients come together to make the best keto chocolate muffins but some can be subbed out. The liquid sweetener, coconut flour and sugar free chocolate chips. Note, removing these will effect the end result in sweetness and texture.
