Grab melted butter and add in the rest of the wet ingredients
Combine dry and wet ingredients

Can I skip ingredients? Yes and no, all the ingredients come together to make the best keto chocolate muffins but some can be subbed out. The liquid sweetener, coconut flour and sugar free chocolate chips. Note, removing these will effect the end result in sweetness and texture.
Dutch process cocoa or cocoa powder? There is a difference and a big one. Cocoa powder doesn't produce the rich flavor in keto muffins that we are use to. Can you sub it? Yes, but I recommend you don't because regular cocoa powder makes a very flat chocolate flavor.
Add nuts or change the chocolate chips for a flavor just for you!
