How To Make An Keto Cheesecake
- Grind up grain free granola in a food processor and add in melted butter.
- In a spring form pan press out granola evenly. Set aside.
- Cream together room temperature cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add in powdered sweetener and liquid sweetener.
- Lastly, add in one egg.
- Pour cheesecake mix over granola in the pan.
- Bake for an hour minutes then allow to sit in oven door closed an hour.
- Allow cheesecake to cool before slicing.

Easy Keto Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
Gra-POW Granola Crust
- 6 ounces Gra-POW Granola (Save 10% off)
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
Cheesecake
- 10 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
- 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1 large egg
Instructions
Granola crust
- Blend granola in food proccesor. While blending pour in melted butter
- Scoop the granola out and place in a 9 in spring form pan and press granola evenly across the bottom
- Set aside and make filling
Cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 250ºF
- Combine room temperature cream cheese with sour cream
- Add in powdered sweetener and liquid stevia or monk fruit then mix
- Lastly, add in egg and mix until smooth
- Pour over granola crust and bake in oven for 1 hour then leave it in for one hour
