  1. 5 stars
This was so easy and the meat was so tender! This one will definitely be added to our meal rotations. As a note and maybe because everything I used was low sodium, I did have to add salt and I also added a little bit of red pepper flakes.

  2. Well it provides flavor along with thickening. You could swap it by using a combination of cornstarch, beef broth and a beef bouillon cube. Granted I haven’t tested this but those are the things the gravy packet simplifies if you’d like to omit it.
