Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
  • 10 ounce cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  • First in a small bowl mix together the beef broth into the cream of mushroom. Slow add it little by little so that it mixes well. Next, add in the packet of brown gravy, cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce. If there are lumps that will be fine.
  • Then, add the beef stew meat into the crockpot along with the sliced onion.
  • Pour the gravy mix on top then put the lid on the crockpot.
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hour or low for 7-8 hours.
  • Once finished give everything a stir then serve. The beef tips and gravy should be seasoned perfectly from the ingredients but feel free to taste for salt.
