  • Deli corned beef
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Swiss cheese
  • Sauerkraut
  • Thousand island dressing

Making the corned beef dip recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream and the dressing together.
  3. Chop the corned beef into chunks or strips.
  4. In a small baking dish (8×8 or small round dish) add in all the ingredients. Lastly, fold in the grated swish cheese. Do not spread it across the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes so that everything melts together then pull from the oven.
  6. All the dip to cool a bit before serving.

  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, squeezed & drained
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded or grated

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
