Corned beef dip is the perfect appetizer, chunks of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese with hints of cream cheese and a classic dressing.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 ounce deli corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, squeezed & drained
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded or grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream and the dressing together.
  • Chop the corned beef into chunks or strips.
  • In a small baking dish (8x8 or small round dish) add in all the ingredients. Lastly, fold in the grated swish cheese. Do not spread it across the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes so that everything melts together then pull from the oven.
  • All the dip to cool a bit before serving.
