How To Make Caprese Pasta Salad
Ingredients needed
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella pearls
- Bow tie pasta (farfalle)
- Basil
- Dressing (ingredients listed below)
Can you make this ahead?
Yes, you can assemble all the ingredients together but separate the dressing from the actual salad. The dressing will taste better the next day. But, if you combine the two the pasta will soak all the dressing up by the next day. Only add the dressing when you’re ready to serve.
However, if making the pasta the day before add a splash of oil to the salad to keep the pasta from sticking.
