Variations for any season
Brie cheese bites are super flexible and easy. Depending on the time of the year you can fill the center with the fruit of the season such as strawberries, blueberries and even during the fall you can use air fried or stewed apples.
Make sure to cook the filling down and turn it into a sort of puree like blueberry compote.

Making the brie cheese bites recipe
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Roll outage sheet of crescent roll and slice 4×4 creating 12 small sheets. Fill a mini muffin pan by stuffing each sheet into the mold.
- Slice the brie cheese into small pieces. Yes, you’re suppose to eat the rind once removed from the wrapper. Stuff the brie cheese into the little pockets of dough.
- Take your sweet or tart filling and place a spoonful on top. Note, the dough is going to rise so try to keep it to the center. About 1/2-1 tablespoon is enough because they are bites.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and they have risen.
- Allow to cool a bit before removing from the pan, serve and enjoy.
