  • 4 ounce brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce (or any filling equivalent)
  • herb for garnish (optional)

  • Roll outage sheet of crescent roll and slice 4x4 creating 12 small sheets. Fill a mini muffin pan by stuffing each sheet into the mold.
  • Slice the brie cheese into small pieces. Yes, you're suppose to eat the rind once removed from the wrapper. Stuff the brie cheese into the little pockets of dough.
  • Take your sweet or tart filling and place a spoonful on top. Note, the dough is going to rise so try to keep it to the center. About 1/2-1 tablespoon is enough because they are bites.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and they have risen.
  • Allow to cool a bit before removing from the pan, serve and enjoy.
