Brie cheese bites are a super easy appetizer to serve up year-round with a range of options for your fillings. Crusty, buttery pastry crust wrapped around creamy cheese.
1/2cupwhole cranberry sauce(or any filling equivalent)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Roll outage sheet of crescent roll and slice 4x4 creating 12 small sheets. Fill a mini muffin pan by stuffing each sheet into the mold.
Slice the brie cheese into small pieces. Yes, you're suppose to eat the rind once removed from the wrapper. Stuff the brie cheese into the little pockets of dough.
Take your sweet or tart filling and place a spoonful on top. Note, the dough is going to rise so try to keep it to the center. About 1/2-1 tablespoon is enough because they are bites.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and they have risen.
Allow to cool a bit before removing from the pan, serve and enjoy.
