Ingredients needed
- Ground beef
- Stove top stuffing
- Egg
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar

Making the stove top stuffing meatloaf recipe
- First, combine the ground beef, stove top, eggs and water together. Mix everything well until just combined. Then, cover the bowl and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Line a loaf pan then add in the mixed ground meat. Pat it down into the loaf pan then bake for 45 minutes. After that time, top with the mix of ketchup and brown sugar. Place back in the oven for a remaining 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the stove top stuffing meatloaf from the oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Lastly, lift the meatloaf from the loaf pan then slice and serve.

- 2 pound 85/15 ground beef
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup water
Topping
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Instructions
- First, combine the ground beef, stove top, eggs and water together. Mix everything well until just combined. Then, cover the bowl and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Line a loaf pan then add in the mixed ground meat. Pat it down into the loaf pan then bake for 45 minutes. After that time, top with the mix of ketchup and brown sugar. Place back in the oven for a remaining 15-20 minutes.
