Ingredients needed
- Canned pumpkin
- White chocolate chips
- All-purpose flour
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Butter
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Vanilla
- Baking powder
- Cornstarch
- Baking soda

Making the pumpkin blondies recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- First, cream the butter with the sugars. Then, add in the egg, pumpkin and vanilla. In a separate bowl, add in the flour, pumpkin spice, salt, baking powder, cornstarch and baking soda. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Lastly, fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Spread the pumpkin blondies in the baking pan. Then, place in the oven for 35-45 minutes. Times will vary when you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.

- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
