Why These Keto Sausage Balls Are The Best

  • No almond flour! If you have nut allergies other recipes have almond flour. This one doesn’t.
  • Super cheesy, which is something we all love!
  • Easy to make, these are prepared then popped in the oven!

How To Make Keto Sausage Balls- Step By Step

  1. Start with a quality pound of sausage. Place in a bowl then begin to add in ingredients.
  2. Add in cheese, can be sharp, mozzarella or whatever you enjoy.
  3. Chopped herb of choice, I used parsley in mine.
    step-by-step-instructions
  4. I added collagen to help it stick over adding in an egg. Collagen has properties to make things stick together.
  5. Mix everything together then using a cookie scoop place them about an inch apart on a baking pan.
  6. In a preheated oven bake for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy.

Helpful Recipe Tips

  • Add a little cream cheese to help with the sausage balls sticking together and for extra flavor.
  • If you don’t have any collagen powder you can simply skip it or add an egg in. But, I think the collagen powder is far more beneficial and it doesn’t have any flavor.
  • Baking times vary depending on how you want your keto sausage balls to turn out. For juicier sausage balls pull them out closer to 20 minutes. But, if you’d like your sausage balls to have a crispier bottom from the melted cheese leave them in longer.

Can I Dip?

Keto sausage balls are a great party snack. And at parties we like to dip our party food on toothpicks. I have great keto ranch dressing that is shown in the photo. An honorable mention is also Alterna Sweets BBQ sauce that’s just fantastic in flavor. If you’re interested in the BBQ sauce use the code “sugarlesscrystals” for a discount on me.
