Add a little cream cheese to help with the sausage balls sticking together and for extra flavor.
If you don't have any collagen powder you can simply skip it or add an egg in. But, I think the collagen powder is far more beneficial and it doesn't have any flavor.
Baking times vary depending on how you want your keto sausage balls to turn out. For juicier sausage balls pull them out closer to 20 minutes. But, if you'd like your sausage balls to have a crispier bottom from the melted cheese leave them in longer.
