Ingredients needed

  • Ground beef
  • Frozen shredded hash browns
  • Taco seasoning
  • Cheddar cheese soup
  • Mexican cheese
  • Rotel tomatoes & green chilies

  1. First, you’ll need to brown the ground beef in a pan. Add in the taco seasoning and follow the instructions on the package for proper preparation.
  2. Next, take the cooked taco meat and add it to the crockpot.
  3. Now add the thawed potatoes, cheddar cheese soup and Rotel to the crockpot. Mix everything together. Add the lid to the crockpot then cook on high for 3 hours.
  4. At the 3-hour mark add half the cheese in then mix. Top the casserole with the rest of the cheese and put the lid on to allow it to melt.
  5. Once the cheese has melted you can serve. Be careful because the insides will be extremely hot.

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies, drained & rinsed
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 10 ounce cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
