Ingredients needed
- Zucchini
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- All-purpose flour
- Cocoa powder
- Granulated sugar
- Baking powder
- Sour cream
- Vegetable oil

- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, milk, vanilla extract and the sugar together until evenly combined. Separately, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together.

- 1 cup zucchini, grated (1 zucchini or 180g)
