- Blueberries
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Vegetable oil

- Grate the zucchini. You do not have to squeeze it or anything. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and the sugar together.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt together. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Then, fold in the grated zucchini and the blueberries.
