  • Chili
  • Green chilies
  • Milk

  1. To start, pour milk into a sauce pan on medium heat. Then, add in cubed pieces of Velveeta cheese.
  2. Allow the milk to heat up while you occasionally stir. Do not let the milk boil or bubble. Medium but if it’s heating too quickly lower the heat. The cheese will slowly melt into the milk.
  3. Once the cheese and milk are smooth add in the chili and green chilies. Turn off the heat and mix everything smoothly. The melted cheese will heat everything through.
  4. Lastly, allow the Velveeta chili cheese dip to cool before serving just a little. Because of the milk there will be no issues with it quickly returning to a solid state.

  • 4 ounce can of green chilies, drained & rinsed
