Ingredients needed

  • Ground beef
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Black beans
  • Corn
  • Rice or Mexican rice
  • Roma tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Avocado
  • Lime

Making the taco bowl

  1. To start, you’ll need to make the rice first. While the rice is cooking prep and make the other ingredients.
  2. In a frying pan, brown the hamburger then follow the instructions on the taco seasoning packet. Once finihsed remove the beef from the pan.
  3. Now, combine the beans, corn and cilantro and sauté in a pan. Lightly season with salt and pepper then drizzle with lime.
  4. Assemble the taco bowl with all the cooked ingredients but top it off with freshly diced tomato, cheese and avocado.
  5. You can serve as is or drizzle some sour cream or yogurt over the top for an added creamy flavor.
