- First, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, salt, baking powder and poppyseeds.
- Next, toss in egg, lemon juice, lemon extract and liquid sweetener.
- Microwave for one minute.
- While keto mug cake is cooking make the glazed icing. Mix all ingredients together in any order.

- 2 tablespoon blanched almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoon sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon emulsion
Instructions
Mug Cake
- In a bowl or mug, you can toss all the ingedients in and mix or move to next step
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- MIx all wet ingredients together
- Combine dry and wet ingredients and microwave for 60 seconds. Then serve
