Ingredients

Mug Cake

  • 2 tablespoon blanched almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon emulsion

Instructions

Mug Cake

  • In a bowl or mug, you can toss all the ingedients in and mix or move to next step
  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • MIx all wet ingredients together
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients and microwave for 60 seconds. Then serve

Notes

Helpful Recipe Tips

  • Cannot sub out almond flour or coconut flour. They are working together in this recipe. For a coconut flour only recipe see here. For an almond flour only recipe click here.
  • Use lemon flavor or emulsion instead of lemon extract. This will give you the best lemon flavor over lemon extract. The extract just doesn't perform well for a great flavor. Use it if you'd like but I recommend the flavor at the link.
