How To Make Hawaiian Pork Chops
Ingredients needed
- Pork chops
- Sliced pineapple
- Soy sauce
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar
- Cornstarch

Making the Hawaiian pork chops recipe
- To start, pat the pork chops dry then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a frying pan, cook the pork chops until fully cooked. While the pork chops are cooking make the sauce.
- When the pork chops are almost finished searing in the pan, lower the heat to medium to medium-low then add in the sauce. Allow it to bubble and baste the pork chops in the sauce. Allow them to slowly finish cooking in the sauce.
- While those are finished then cooling make the sliced pineapple. In a small pan add the slices to the pan on medium-high heat and allow the water to release from them. When the pan gets dry add in a little oil and about 1-2 teaspoons of sugar (optional) then allow the sugar to caramelize on the pineapples. After things are golden remove them.
- Serve the Hawaiian pork chops with the sauce and caramelized pineapple slices with rice or roasted veggies.
