- Vegetable oil
- Grated parmesan
- Italian breadcrumbs

- Cut the florets from the head of cauliflower. Cover them in oil then lightly season with the salt and pepper. Place on a oiled sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- While baking, mix together the parmesan topping. After the 20 minutes is up, sprinkle the parmesan topping across the cauliflower florets. Then, place the sheet pan back in the oven for a final 15 minutes or until the topping has turned golden.
